Answering this single question can determine whether you will; a) move closer to your goal or further away from it b) feel happier or more stressed and c) experience close connection or righteous disconnection with loved ones. The challenge is that habits of perception are steeped in your own interpretations to the degree that you are simply not aware of the difference. In other words you might believe your perceptions are the facts of the situation vs. your interpretations. As long as this is the case your levels of happiness, productivity and connection are in the hands of external factors changing to match your desired perceptions. This leads to a cycle of stress, powerlessness and feelings of disharmony in relationships.
