A holistic approach engages mind, body and spirit on the journey of healing and happiness. It goes beyond traditional ‘talk therapy’ approaches and engages the sensory, neuroceptive, emotional and physical parts of self that are necessary for change and transformation to occur. Said in another way, we believe experience is more powerful than insight alone and our approach focuses on this. Our sessions will include experiential processes as well as practices you can apply in your life.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide notice 48 hours in advance with a phone call. You will be charged for the full rate of any session missed or cancelled without 48-hour notice –except in an emergency medical situation.

If you would like to use ‘out of network mental health benefits’, a form will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider. This is not a guarantee of payment. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan benefits. In order to protect your privacy, we do not communicate with your insurance company or process your claims. Our practice is not ‘in network’ with any insurance provider.
